I’m always exhausted and I think that I may be depressed.

How do we know if we are “technically” depressed?

Exactly how do we know we are depressed or when we are on our way to becoming depressed? 

We can research it online, but we need to know what it feels like in our own bodies. Emotions are embodied and it’s different for each of us.  We need to be able to recognize depressed emotions in order to know how to pull up out of it.
